This house was wonderful. We had an amazing time for New Years and enjoyed the area as the Cape is amazing. Beds were great, view was amazing, house had everything you needed for the beach, chairs, gates for the stairs, can't wait to go again. So you know this is a real stay review I do have to complain about one thing, the spatala's were difficult to use when cooking and make sure you bring your spices as the house has none! Wonderful stay, wonderful family time, got to run, relax, and let the dogs play....... Thank you for the wonderful time..... you will not be disappointed as the pictures are accurate...

To begin, the house is on an incredibly beautiful stretch of beach with amazing sunsets. we would get up in the morning and walk for miles and maybe run into one or two other people, very quiet! there is a deck off the main living room and one off the master bedroom that you can just sit and relax and enjoy the wonderful view. the inside of the house was very clean when we arrived, although had an overwhelming smell of "carpet fresh". Our biggest complaint was the fact that there is construction going on the on the lot next door and we were not notified prior to our arrival. Monday and Tuesday morning the crane was started up and all day a pile driver was being used. Because of the noise and vibration throughout the house during this time, we ended up leaving for those days. We feel the appropriate thing to do was to notify us PRIOR to our arrival and give us the oppurtunity to choose a different house.

We would wake in the morning and watch the sun come up over the bay and watch it go down in the back. This was such a great location. Nice beach. House was very clean and comfortable. We struck gold when got this place compared to the locations of other houses. Felt this was the best after driving the cape.
