The property was just a 3 minute walk to beach. Morning and evening view from balcony was incredible. We would sit and watch cruise ships come in and out of Port Canaveral. Plenty of room for our large family. Lots of things to do. House had everything you would need for a beach vacation. Hot tub and fire pits were pluses. Really enjoyed property!

Sandi is great at communicating and accommodating our needs! It's very hard to please a group of 14 but Sandi had no problem. The kids had tons of amenities to enjoy and adults were minutes from the beach and any grocery needs. The decor was extremely entertaining! Thank you so much for opening up your home to our family on Christmas! Best Vacation Ever!

From making reservation to check in, process was flawless. Sandy consistently communicated quickly to questions and requests. Holiday home decorations set the festive spirit. Truly everything we needed for beach experience provided. Thus, a wonderful memorable stay. Bonus, watched rocket launch from beach! Thank you Sandy . We had a great time!!

This house had all the amenities as listed in the description. There were plenty of things to keep the kids occupied, they especially enjoyed the bikes to venture around. This house is amazing and should definitely be considered if your looking for a family get away.

This is an absolutely amazing property. Close to beach, beautiful views, quiet peaceful neighborhood, tons of things to do and a well stocked kitchen. Even a beautiful bottle of wine and a Halloween gift given to us. Sandi’s website is amazing and gives you all the information you need and more. We were able to see many sites near the area. Was very near the beech. 2nd and 3rd floor excellent views of the ocean.

I organized our first ever family beach trip and chose Sandi’s house for it. When I tell you this house had everything I mean EVERYTHING! Boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, bycicles, life vests, baby stuff like high chairs, baby gates, just anything you could think of. The decor was out of this world and made the trip even more lively. The beach was stunning and just a quick walk. Will be recommending this house to friends and family. Sandi was quick to respond and checked on us throughout the trip, she is just a wonderful host! Looking forward to coming back

My extended family enjoyed being so close to the beach. The house provided plenty of sleeping space and allowed for those of us up early to not disturb others. The house had everything- chairs, hot tub, hammock, bikes. It was a great week!

The property was exactly as it’s portrayed on. Waking up to the view of the ocean from the master bedroom was wonderful. During our week we had between 6 and 8 people coming and going and the house was big enough to handle the traffic without people being on top of each other. Sandi keeps a clean house that has a fun theme throughout which amused us at every turn, all week. Not only does my wife and I feel that we would love to stay here again, but so does all our company that passed through.

Sandi was always available to answer questions prior to and during trip. Check in process easy! Location perfect for family/friends our size. House had most everything needed for a week stay. Although lots of “stuff” in house, it was unique!

Our family with four children (2, 5, 8, 9) stayed at this beach house and it was perfect for a lovely beach vacation. The house is about 1-2 min walk to the beach and the house has all of the beach supplies you need. The house is very kid friendly and has everything you'd need for toddlers and babies--high chair, pack 'n play, gates for stairs, etc. The house was also clean and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The backyard was very nice with spaces for kids and adults to hang out. We also appreciated the fast internet. Sandi is the best host we have ever had when renting a vacation house. She is so accommodating, gracious and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that our vacation was going well and that our family was having fun. She helped make our vacation great and we loved staying in her house.
