This home has been exquisitely decorated with a funky beach house meets lakeside retreat vibe! The open concept living space on the main level is perfect for family gatherings. The master bedroom suite encompasses the entire top level of the home. Here you will find your own private balcony overlooking the canal, a California King bed, plenty of closet space, a mini refrigerator and 2 ensuite bathrooms, one with a large soaking tub and bidet and the other with a walk-in shower.
Three more bedrooms on the main level offer plenty of room for the family. There is another king size bed, a queen bed and a full size in the fourth room. This level also features a full Jack and Jill bathroom with tub and shower and one powder room.
Float the afternoon away in the brand new waterfront saltwater pool and try out your golf skills on the putting green. Next, grill up some dinner on the gas grill and dine al fresco on the ground level outdoor patio with tiki bar. Or relax with a glass of wine and take in the spectacular sunsets from the main floor deck with awning and canal view and watch the manatees as they glide by. Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
