About the Property

Hello, from Knolls Landing Bonefish & Family Hide Away   
What makes this location so unique, is its Privacy & Tropical Environment. Miles of white sand beach and is crystal clear water. Go Bonefishing out to the World Famous Joulter Cays is only minutes by flats boat. Snorkeling in our Bay of Pleasant Harbour for lobster, conch & fish. Walk the beach to Money Point to pick up Sand dollars & shells.  Maximum six person in the two accommodations. 
 
I'm Diane Knoll, Owner & Coordinator
I've been in Andros for 30 years, and I call it home. Unfortunally, in 2016 hurricane Matthew decaimated the property. It's now rebuilt and back up running again. There are two Lovely new units for rent with a private beach and Unique landscaping. I Welcome you and will help organize any snorkaling or Bonefishing trips you may want. I will do what I can to make your stay enjoyable. This slice of Paradice is amazing, relaxing and full of natural resources. You will never be disappointed.

Andros is the largest island of The Bahamas. Its miles of beaches, flats and reefs play host to countle  Many consider Andros the Bonefishing Capital of The World.

My resort is just minutes from the World famous Joulter Cays, known for flyfishing for Bonefish, Tarpon & Permit. Andros is great place for bird watching.with over 100 speces. We also have the 3rd largest reef in the world which makes scuba diving popular, and day trips can be arranged in advance.

I used to live on Andros Island and still keep a cottage/termite nest there. I've known Diane for 20 years and counting. "Knolls Landing" is situated in one of my favorite places on Andros - virtually right on the edge of the bonefishing flats. What could be better? I love Diane. Whenever on Andros I still love to stop by the place. The location and accomodations are lovely, the incredibly numerous bonefish anxious for your fly yet will still test your skills. The location is secluded, but just a few miles from Nichols Town. You can see bonefish off the pier, and find lobster just a couple of hundred yards out. You take off for bonefishing right outside your door in the flats boat with your guide - usually Rodney - or walk the beach and shallows to fish. You can go deep sea fishing with Rodney when you tire of bonefishing if thats possible. The area is my favorite place to walk the beach and there one can frequently find fantastic shells. I've watched dolphin corner fish against a small wall of rocks extending off the beach just couple of a ways down the beach. Osprey can sometimes be seen fishing. Its a magical place. I highly recommend Diane and Knolls Landing.
