Dawson Beach House is a spacious beachfront home located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The house is located on the western side of Navarre Beach, less than a mile from the Gulf Islands National Seashore. You will enjoy peace and quiet away from the high rise condominiums. You won't have to walk through 2 or 3 rows of beach chairs and umbrellas to get to the water. You will have the beach practically to yourself.
This house offers a large open floor plan for entertaining. It has a living area, sitting area, board game area and a TV area. There are 2 Gulf front bedrooms with king beds and two additional bedrooms with two twin beds in each room. There is a queen pull out and a full size pull out in the living area.
The large beach-side balcony offers a covered sitting area and two sun decks, one with a dining table and chairs and one with chaise lounge chairs. On the ground floor there is an enclosed outdoor hot and cold water shower. There is also a lockable storage area for your beach gear.
