This expansive oceanfront home represents luxury living at its finest. If you are planning a large retreat or family reunion, you will have plenty of room because this home sleeps up to thirty-four people in beds (city allows 28 overnight, but this does not include children under 2 yrs old).
The interior of this 7,000 sq. ft. home contains 11 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 11 1/2 bathrooms. Eight of these bedrooms are king master suites and three are bunk bedrooms. There's an additional 1,500 sq. ft. of outdoor decks from which to enjoy the spectacular ocean views. Features include an elevator, *heatable pool, chipping green, ping pong table, outside wet bar with fridge and ice bucket, fire pit and much more! Every room has a flat screen TV and an additional DVD player in the kids rooms and media room. Also, all rooms have an en suite full private bathroom. There are hardwood floors throughout, a large great room open to the newly renovated gourmet kitchen, with top of the line stainless steel Thermador appliances. The new kitchen features new granite countertops, new cabinetry, a 48" gas range stove with three ovens, pot filler, side by side fridge, wet bar with ice maker, and beverage cooler.
The first floor of this amazing home features the main living areas and six bedrooms tucked away from the main area. Four of these bedrooms are king suites with private bathrooms and porch access. One of these kings is designed for wheelchair accessibility (not ADA approved) with wide doorways and roll-in shower. The other two bedrooms are bunk bedrooms with two sets of bunks, single over double in each (sleeps six kids in each room).
The second level boasts a large media and entertainment room with large flat screen TV, lots of seating and a DVD player. Bring your own games and movies and enjoy spending time in the media room with family and friends. Also, on this floor you will find the other five bedrooms with private bathrooms-- four of these are king suites, three of which have porch access and the last room is a bunk bedroom with two single of double bunks.
Back down on the first floor and off the dining room, guests can relax on the screened in porch that looks out to the private pool, fire pit and the ocean beyond. Enjoy steaks and burgers cooked on the large gas grill or roast marshmallows by fire. When you aren't swimming laps in your private, in-ground 46 ft Sportsman pool, you may take a stroll down the private boardwalk to the beach, past your own chipping green, to sit in the gazebo and enjoy the sunset.
