The first floor of this lovely home opens to the gorgeous and custom built living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The chef's kitchen is decorated in cherry wood, dark granite countertops, and includes a custom made refrigerator that matches the cabinetry. Additional kitchen amenities include two dishwashers, a 48 inch Wolf gas range stovetop, a wine cellar, a large island with prep sink, and a bar area with seating. The beautiful living room is appointed in comfortable and stylish furniture and has a large screened television on the wall, making this room a perfect space for entertaining or watching movies. Adjoining the living and kitchen room is the expansive dining space that includes a large table and seating for up to ten. If you are looking for a relaxing evening outside, look no further than your back porch. Guest will enjoy using their outdoor kitchen with ice maker, beverage cooler, and grill for cookouts while also enjoying the custom infinity pool that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Four bedrooms adorn this floor--one king master with private porch access to the pool, and a private bathroom with a separate Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower accompany this great room. Down the hall from this lovely master is a smaller king room with a private bath with a tub/shower combination, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds (two singles and two doubles) and a private bath with shower. Belle Mer's second floor is just as beautiful as the first, and offers plenty of space for additional bedrooms and entertainment space. Situated in the center of the floor plan is the second floor living/entertainment room. This room has a large flat screen television and expansive wrap around pull-out sofa, and can be used as the tenth bedroom with a full bathroom located across the hall. Directly off this second floor living space is another large deck with plenty of comfortable seating and pristine ocean views. A second master bedroom is also located on this floor--this lovely room has a king canopy bed, a sitting area, private access to the ocean front porch, and a private bathroom with a separate jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Additional sleeping arrangements on this floor include an oceanfront room with a king bed and porch access, a second bunk bed room with two singles and two doubles, and a queen room--all with private baths with tub/shower combinations.
The third floor in beautiful Belle Mer offers a unique third master that encapsulates the entire floor. This lovely private floor master has a king bed, sitting area, private bathroom with separate Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, as well as a wet bar and private porch with immaculate views of the beautiful back yard and the Atlantic ocean.
