New to our Luxury Collection, 'Serenity- 2 50th Ave." is a newly renovated and professionally decorated oceanfront home. With breathtaking 180 degree views of the Atlantic and alluring outdoor living spaces, this 8000 square foot, beachfront Isle of Palms home is one of a kind! 
 
Boasting one of the largest private pools on Isle of Palms and situated on a double oceanfront lot with 150’ of water frontage, this custom built six-bedroom vacation getaway includes double master suites and 6.5 bathrooms. 
 
An inviting front porch welcomes you into the home where you are greeted by a two-story foyer with soaring ceilings, marble floors and clear sight lines to the ocean. The great room faces the beach with a wall of sliding glass doors opening to the expansive covered porch and rear deck--an ideal spot to enjoy salt breezes and the soothing sounds of the ocean.    Interior details include a fireplace, built-in bookshelves, a custom full bar and more. Adjoining the great room is the gourmet kitchen with two side by side Sub Zero refrigerator/freezers. The chef’s area also overlooks the ocean and showcases custom cabinets, stainless appliances including a gas Wolf stove, granite countertops and a center island. A generous formal living room with seating for twelve has a 500 bottle temperature controlled walk-in wine room.  The additional sitting room and game room off the main living area is another great space for entertaining.
 
Two bedrooms are on the main floor, both with King beds and en suite bathrooms. The palatial primary bedroom suite is located on the upper floor of the home and offers access to the second story porch with gorgeous ocean and lighthouse views. This master suite has a wall of windows with sweeping views of the Atlantic, including views of both the Sullivan's Island and Morris Island lighthouses. Vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace further enhance the space. The elegantly-appointed en suite bath is filled with top-of-the-line finishes including dual custom vanities, shiplap detailing, a tiled shower, a soaking tub with ocean views and a beverage station with a built-in microwave and wine fridge. A custom-built walk-in closet completes the space. A secondary primary suite, with a stylish en suite bath, is also found on the upper floor along with two additional bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bath. All of these bedrooms overlook the ocean with access to the second story porch. There is an additional living room on the second floor - great for kids or movie night. Enjoy the billiards room off the garage which also includes a ping pong table. The 2 bay garage has parking for six cars, and there is also a large brick driveway which allows for additional off-street parking. The location is also ideal. The dead end street is semi- private while still being close to Isle of Palms restaurants, Wild Dunes and just about 16 miles from historic downtown Charleston. A new large pool and hot tub are under construction with ocean views and an outdoor covered living area will be completed January 2021.

Our family of 10 enjoyed the home. So many areas for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool. This was our first visit to Isle of Palms but hopefully won't be our last.

Amazing Oceanfront Home!

You can not beat the location and set up of this home. Every room except one has a vast ocean view. The house is very well stocked with tons of puzzles, games and pool games. The ocean access is right outside the driveway and the pool is amazing. We rarely left the house because no one wanted to go anywhere. Paradise.

Island paradise

Our stay here was a dream. Spacious luxury and breathtaking views. The beach felt like our own private paradise. With a large family, we all felt like we “got away from it all” and yet also enjoyed making precious memories together. Two large dual master suites were perfect for our extended family. With the activities on the ground floor, we hardly noticed a rainy day. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and comfortable accommodations. Exclusive Properties made sure our last minute booking was smooth and every detail covered. Thank you for a perfect Isle of Palms experience!
