Townie 1 - The Ivy sleeps 4. Has 1 king bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The bathroom has both a tub and separate shower.
Townie 2 - The Sage sleeps 6. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the secondary bedroom has full-over-full bunk beds. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, the primary has a shower/tub combo.
Townie 3 - The Moss sleeps 6. There is one queen bedroom and the other bedroom has a twin bunk bed with 2 additional twin beds. Bathroom has a large shower, dual sinks and is shared by both bedrooms.
Townie 4 - The Fern is a 2-story that sleeps 6. There is a sleeper sofa and powder room on the main floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms that share a large bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Pets are not allowed at this property.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
