Abby's Beachcomber is a newly built, six bedroom home with completed lower level located in a quaint community just minutes from downtown South Haven. The coastal beach style decor and open concept floor plan make for a perfect large group getaway. Comfortable, quality furnishings compliment the newly contstructed home. Enjoy meal times in the fully equipped, open kitchen. White cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous countertops are pleasing to the eye and durable when spending a night in to cook up something savory. A central kitchen island provides additional seating space. Relax and vacation in this home at the living room fireplace, gas BBQ grill, or on the private patios. The cottage also has HULU LIVE satellite TV package and WiFi, 2 Blu-ray players, front and back patios, central A/C, washer/dryer, and plenty of linens.

Every bedroom in the home is equipped with a satellite television, plush hybrid mattress, and remote-controlled ceiling fan. Enjoy privacy in the main level bedroom suite which features a queen bed and full private bathroom. On the homes second level, everyone else sleeps comfortably! Here, you will find two king bedrooms as well as two guest rooms accommodated by twin beds and built in trundles. The double sink vanity in the second floor guest bathroom offers ample storage space. An upper level master suite includes a full private bathroom with a large garden bathtub and expansive walk-in closet. Hang out in the lower level basement area and play foosball, or watch TV on the expansive pull out sofa! The flexible lay out of the home gives yet another bedroom and full bath on this level and allows the home to sleep up to 16 guests. If a second living room is required in the name of space, this home has that too. Choose the living room or grand room area, and enjoy one another's company in either of these gathering areas. 

Abby's Beachcomber is perfectly equipped for large families, groups of couples, or any group that can fit under this large home's roof! In a prime location, embraced by the lush landscaping and in a quiet neighborhood, the cottage is near several northside beaches and includes access to the resort's clubhouse and seasonal gated community pool at the Harbor Club Marina located on the Black River. While at this cottage you are a short walk to the Marina, where you can rent a boat and tour the river or head out to the lake. A short bike ride takes you to the Kal-Haven trail, or you can rent a golf cart and ride effortlessly down to the main streets of South Haven to experience the unique shopping and dining of downtown. This is the perfect spot to escape the city and experience lakeshore life.

**Although pets are welcome in this home there is a 2 dog max. Must not exceed 50lbs. Please, keep off of all bedding and furniture. You are welcome to bring a crate or kennel if trained to sleep in one. Additional $150 non refundable pet cleaning fee per pet not included in price of reservation.**
