There is even a small live reef just offshore to enjoy a full-color spectrum of fish, and if you’re lucky, you’ll catch a glimpse of the neighborhood octopus! (note: fishing on this reef is prohibited)

Notes:
• New Year's Week includes daily chef services, housekeeping, villa attendant, and butler.
• Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• Only pre-approved service providers (chefs, photographers, grocery delivery services, etc.) are permitted on the property.
• If you rent less than the full 8-bedroom option, the remaining bedrooms will be locked off and will not be rented to another party.
• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given the first $500 per week of AC cost at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.
• Kindly note a fully refundable $5,000 security deposit is requested with the rental of this villa.
