Sugar Hill Resort Apartment 210C offers two en suite bedrooms, an open plan living and dining area and a spacious balcony overlooking one of the pools, and the gardens. The resort is a secure development on the West Coast of Barbados, in the parish of St James; made up of privately-owned residences, some of which are offered as holiday homes. There is an extremely high level of  maintenance, excellent security and outstanding facilities. The resort offers four floodlit tennis courts and a fitness centre for the athletically inclined. There is a colonial style clubhouse where there is an awe inspiring infinity edge pool, reception area, bar and restaurant (Carizma). This is just a very short walk away from apartment 210C. Even closer is the free-form pool with waterfall, and paddling area for children. The gardens and lit pathways are a delight, and you can enjoy a very pleasant stroll around the resort at any time of day.

210C features an attractive open-plan living room with a fully-fitted kitchen and laundry room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook delicious meals; including a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, cook top and oven. There’s a large selection of tableware and utensils. Dining is on the balcony of the apartment, overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens of the Sugar Hill Resort.

 

There are two delightful bedrooms both with their own en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower cubicle and a spacious corner bathtub, along with w/c and vanity sink. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a king size if that is preferred. This bedroom has an en suite shower room with w/c and vanity sink. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. They also both have direct access to the balcony overlooking the gardens and pool.

 

Apartment 210C is an ideal retreat for couples and for families; it’s also perfect for people travelling alone or on business. If you can bring yourself to leave the resort, then nearby Holetown (just 3km south) has a wide range of dining options, from fine dining, to trendy cafes, to local street food. Barbadians take their food very seriously and the standard is high. There are plenty of duty free outlets and the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre is packed with designer brands and fashionable merchandise…there’s even a cinema. To reassure you, there is also a 24/7 medical centre. 7km drive north you will find Speightstown, Barbados’s bustling second city.

 

If you would like to tour the island that’s easily arranged and there are many interesting heritage sites, like St Nicholas Abbey.

 

On the west coast there is every kind of water sport, jet skiing, water skiing, snorkelling, diving – whatever you fancy. A trip out to sea to swim with the turtles is not to be missed, they are such beautiful creatures. We can recommend excellent day-long catamaran trips – SEADUCED is a favourite.
