Great location and property!

This was our first time to Kona, and we were not familiar with the different areas and could not have been happier with our experience. First of all the unit itself is wonderful, we rented the main house and the studio. All three rooms are big, the bathrooms are spectacular, the beds were comfortable, and the living room/lanai are private with a gorgeous setting on the golf course. The unit is located almost across the street from the pool which is so convenient. The proximity to the Hilton and Queens/Kings shops was also a plus as well as some great beaches which were a 5-10 minute drive away. We enjoyed walking over to the Hilton and then around the grounds there daily. On our last day, our flight wasn't until 9:30 PM, so we booked a day room at the Hilton which gave us access to the pools all day plus a room to keep our stuff and then freshen up when it was time to depart for the airport. We also appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards that were available, which was super convenient for going to the beach. Overall we could not have been happier with the property and our time there. This is a great property for families/groups of all ages or 3 couples.

This place was great!! Good location and lots of room. We rented the mail house and the additional suite and it worked out great.
