Beautiful plantings, bathroom., slate tile roof, lower brick court yard is & Gourmet equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances. Covered and uncovered porches and sitting areas. Right across the street from the water and close to Cruz Bay. Ample flat easy parking. Walk into the breeze way and the air conditioned great room is to your right, the pool and air conditioned master bedroom with ensuite bath are to your left. Fish Bay water views are right in front of you off the covered porch and open pool deck area. Down the short flight of stairs is two bedroom, one with king bed one with queen bed, both with AC and ensuite bathes. Laundry room in same level as well.

Should you have to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 15% handling fee. In the case of an act of mother nature, the deposit will be refunded in full. In the case of COVID-19 any cancellations due to flight cancellations, changes in government rules, and or other COVID-related issues, the money paid will be refunded in full or a full credit given towards a future reservation.
