This is a brand new studio, above a detached garage. The place is located 1 mile from Uptown and Music Factory, 5 minutes away from NoDa and 12 minutes to Plaza Midwood / Dilworth. Very close to major highways I-77 and I-85
The studio is reserved only for our guests. The full kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances, dishes, pots and pans, and other utensils.
The access to the studio is facilitated by coded keypad entry, located at the single door (not the double car door). Note that the space is not inside the main house, but located above garage, behind the house
You can enjoy the WiFi connection or the TV from the loveseat or from the comfort of the king size memory foam bed.
A all-in-one laundry machine is available inside the unit along with iron and iron board.
