LLC Disclaimer • This property operates in compliance under state and local laws. It is not a short-term rental, nor a time share. This is a shared (multi-member) ownership held in an LLC.  We are consistently looking to attract new members/owners to our LLC to help offset the common maintenance and furnishings expenses of the property among all members; hence, all of us get to enjoy the best experience.

 

Since there’s many members, our Vrbo listing is utilized for scheduling and booking of the property on a first come-first serve basis.

 

Some features and policies represented in this portal are not necessarily correct but they’re required to comply to by Vrbo and I am not able to change them.

 

The governing document of our shared ownership LLC is “The Operating Agreement”, which sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of it, you must be assigned an ownership interest % in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with the right to use the property. Full disclosure of all our policies are in the LLC’s Operating Agreement.
