We’re excited to share our beautiful condo in paradise with you! 

 

Our affordable studio is located in oceanfront Residence Mont Vernon in French Saint Martin, which is on north side of Orient Beach, well-known for its breathtaking views and Clothing Optional side. Our apartment has a private spacious patio with convenient access to the most beautiful, sandy beach in the world (less than 2 min walk). 

 

We want to make your stay as convenient as possible, so we’re happy to provide some amenities for you! Included: cell phone (minutes not included), reliable wireless internet (wifi), cable TV (English, French), washer, linens, lockable safe, dishes and 220V/110V surge protector and adapters. Guests may order optional maid service at an extra charge. Unit is non-smoking, suitable for 4 people. Children are welcome.

 

Residence Mont Vernon area is a gated community with 24h security,  and small grocery store with fresh baguettes, pizzeria, and 2 parking lots. It is only a mile to GRAND CASE which is the French gourmet capital of the Caribbean. Super U and Leader Price food stores - 1mi. Car is recommended. 

 

Our condo is sunny and spacious with beautiful blue accents and furniture, and it’s located in Paradise. In our opinion, Orient Beach is the best in the world! Turquoise water and 85 degrees (30 C) all year around! There are so many things you can do here including snorkeling (we have snorkeling gear you can use), scuba diving, wind surfing, or just chilling on the beach with a drink. It is so relaxing and beautiful, especially on the Clothing Optional side. The water is always calm there, and the sand is so clean and soft. Beach security guards are on duty. Come enjoy an early morning run or a peaceful walk along all Orient Beach!

 

This property's on-site pool suffered damage during Hurricane Irma. It will be out of service until further notice.

 

The property will be going through renovation works from December 2019
