fabulous fireplace
The house is lovely. The fireplace and living room made for a great family get away. Perhaps the kitchen could be better organized (we tried to put all of one kind in one place to help future guests). Maybe the heat could be better distributed-- bottom floor and master bath were chilly) but these are minor things. The house is wonderfully positioned, and best of all the care taker, Jolene, is incredible. She responds immediately. Our drive way was cleared magically by her.
Great Winter Escape
This home is wonderful, the pictures do not do it justice. When we arrived it was immaculate. The beds are incredibly comfortable as are the couches. There is plenty of comfortable seating throughout the home and at the dining table. There are tons of windows overlooking the golf course which made for a wonderful winter view and I imagine is beautiful all year long. Our family rented the house for the week of Christmas and enjoyed a very relaxing week. We went sledding, some hikes in the territory and skiing at Chestnut Mountain but mostly just relaxed in the house. It was perfect for a family of four but could comfortably fit another family.
