Welcome to our Beachfront Villa, my wife and I built it buy hand. We are located at the north end of Playa Grande, the second to the last house on the beach road about 600 meters from Hotel Las Tortugas. Playa Grande is famous for its World Class surf spots, with 4 right out our beach gate. Its also known for the Leatherback Turtles and green turtle nesting. We keep lights low at night on the beach side so the nesting mothers and emerging babies are not confused. We help folks with day trips, grocery store locations, restaurants, & anything else they may need to have a safe & wonderful vacation. We have a beautiful, landscaped private yard with a shell shaped “cool” pool.
The Villa has 2 floors, 32 feet high roof with large wrap around deck on three sides. The Honeymoon Suite is the top floor. It offers the large master bedroom, 19 foot ceilings, double fans, large AC and views of the entire beach. The bathroom has a tiled shower with hot water. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, 4 burner stove/oven coffee maker, blender and toaster oven. A built-in “U” shaped conversational couch in the living room has 6 inch cushions all around for your comfort. An upstairs sleeping loft has a queen bed and a double bed. You have beautiful views of the beach, surf, wild life and sunsets from the living room, bedroom and kitchen!
The upstairs beachside deck is 12 feet wide by 56 feet long- plenty of room for lounging, eating, relaxing, watching surf and sunsets. The deck on the pool side upstairs is 10 feet x 56 feet. The pool is naturally shaded by large trees and greenery.
Downstairs are two large bedrooms, equipped with double fans, AC, dead-bolted walk-in closet, 10 foot ceilings, small kitchen with small refrigerator, double burners, coffee maker and toaster oven. The private baths have tiled showers with hot water. Both bedrooms have king size beds and one single bed. From these apartments you can view out the double french doors to the beach and surf, while the other set of doors leads you to the garden and the pool.
There are colorful hibiscus and other plants all around the courtyard that draw butterflies and hummingbirds.

We have a friend who is a world class masues & accupunture lady. she is 10 min. away, reservations required. surf lessons & surf pictures by Marcel/ Matos Surf Shop 3 min.away, also Oscar, our Yellow Fin Tuna man comes once aweek, the Tuna is 5 Star tuna.
