The Sunrise House is a wonderful home featuring accommodations for all family members, regardless of age. Located in an upscale neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home offers room for everyone to spread out. A two car garage allows escape from the elements and features entry into the spacious laundry room. The full service kitchen casts an open concept view of the breakfast table, the dining room and the living room. The living room features a large, open space with comfortable seating for 6. Watch cable, a movie on the DVD player, AppleTV or access your Amazon acount with the FireStick. On cold days or nights, take advantage of the gas-powered fireplace by flipping the switch. The receiver in the the living room offers AM/FM radio to various speakers throughout the upper level of the home. Each room has its own volume control.
The Laze Bedroom includes its own private bath with a separate shower and jetted tub. Lay back on the king-sized bed and watch cable on the SMART TV or find a movie with AppleTV.
The Unwind Bedroom has a large picture window featuring an amazing prairie view. When night falls, close the drapes and relax on the queen-sized bed while you watch cable.
The Littles Room hosts a full-sized bed and a twin-sized bed with a trundle underneath.
The guest bathroom near the upstairs bedrooms is easily accessible and features a tub/shower combination.
The basement steps lead to a large, open family room with a game area and a play area. This spacious room offers soemthing to keep every family member entertained-from the youngest to the oldest. The play area features toys for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and grade school aged children. We suggest a family tournament using the Air Hockey Table or check out the closet behind the couch. It is stocked with board games, movies, XBox 360 games, Wii games, Legos and Duplo Blocks. The game table in the corner provides seating for up to four players.
The family room TV offers both gaming systems as well as AppleTV and Cable with seating for up to 5. Grab a blanket from the basket and snuggle up in front of the gas-powered fireplace to watch a movie on the AppleTV or choose a movie from the closet to watch on the XBox 360.
A full bath is easily accessible to the family room and casts a tub/shower combination. Following the hallway leads to a the Holiday Bedroom, a large room with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and cable TV.
The Escape Bedroom is tween/teen friendly and offers a twin bed and a full bed with a walk-in closet.
Back upstairs, the door behind the breakfast table leads to the quaint, private, fenced-in backyard with oversized seating for six and an umbrella. A propane BBQ Grill and a charcoal grill are available for your use. The kids can play on the the small play set. The soccer net can be moved to the area behind the rock wall that isn't fenced in to allow for plenty of space to kick the ball.
The shelves on the southeast side of the garage are stocked with everything you might need to throw your own tailgate. Coolers, fold-away chairs and a wagon for the kids are available for our guests.
The driveway provides ample room for parking 4 cars. The front porch offers two wonderful chairs perfect for the early risers to enjoy coffee and watch the sunrise in the morning. A 12-cup Cuisinart Programable Thermal Coffee Pot and a single-cup Keurig are available to you. All coffee, tea and other hot drinks are complimentary during your stay.
This home is perfect for the gathering of multiple families. A BabyBjorn Travel Crib Lite can be set up at your request. We offer two Regalo My Cots Travel Beds for Toddlers. The sofa downstairs in the family room features a pull-out queen-sized bed.
We know that traveling with littles can be challenging. That's why we have a full-size high chair and a booster seat that straps to a fully size chair for safety. A changing pad can be found in the Littles Room closet as well as a humidifier and a potty chair. Numerous books are in the Littles Room to help make bedtime a bit easier in a new place. Two Munchkin Projector and Sound Machines are plugged in and ready to go. The guest bathroom is stocked with bath toys, a kneeling pad for giving baths and a potty seat. You'll even find a spout cover that slides over the faucet so you can make bath time a little safer.
Safety. Its a big deal when you have small children. The front door features a child lock. All the outlets have been covered unless they are in use. The entry closet houses a gate that can be put back on its brackets to block the basement stairs. The alarm system will vocally notify you whenever a door is opened. The blind cords are wrapped up or kept high out of reach.
Traveling with family successfully is also about convenience. The closet in the Littles Room is stocked with everything you might need that you may have forgotten. Diapers, wipes, lotions, sunscreen and bug spray are just a few of the things available for your to use if needed until you can pick up your own. The pantry in the kitchen is fully stocked with snacks and meal preparation basics. We ask that you replace whatever you finish. Cabinets offer pots, pans, serving ware, silverware, utensils and herbs and spices. Do you have a family member that has Celiac Disease? We do so you'll find two toasters in the kitchen. One is marked for gluten-free items only and the other is for regular use. Everything you need to prepare a meal or tailgate can be found in the fully-stocked kitchen.
The dining room table seats 8-10 comfortably. Tablecloths and cloth napkins are available. Four more can sit at the breakfast table and 3 more can sit at the breakfast bar. Plenty of space is yours to enjoy a family meal together.
The laundry room features a front loading washer and dryer. Detergent and softener is available for your use.
