In a Quite and Peaceful Neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk to Sombrero Beach, Tropical Getaway is a perfect home to spend your vaction. Spacious and Family comfort in mind we have made sure all your needs are met. Home features 3 bedrooms,2 baths fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer in unit, BBQ on the balcony with plenty of sitting around. Master Bedroom with an en- suite bath, queen size bed and a  flat-screen TV with a tranquil canal view. Across the hall, you have two guest bedrooms with a shared full bath. The First guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom two singles (These two-room do not have a TV). Down the Hall, you come into the living room that has ample sitting with a flat-screen TV and games. From the living room and dining room, you can go through the sliding door to the balcony overlooking the canal. The Balcony gives you easy access to go down to the back yard and across to the dock. The 50 ft dock is on a deep canal on the Atlantic side with a fish cleaning station, dock lights, and power. We also have added an outdoor shower next to the Carport and Cabana Club which is located in Key Colony a 15-minute drive from the home. The club gives you access to an Olympic size pool and a private beach. 

 

You also are about a 10-minute drive to the Public Golf Course.
