Great place and location! 5 minutes away from the beach, just cross the road and you are there. Beaches are dedicated for locals and nearly private, we never had issues with space. A huge thank you to the host for having all beach accessories in the apartment, i hate to buy umbrellas, toys for kids and then throw them away at the end of the trip. It was all there, no need to spend extra money for kids to have fun, and adults to have comfortable time. Overall, we've stayed for more than a week in July, were pretty lucky with the weather (had to visit Tampa one day, as it was raining, and thats it), and were super happy about the stay. Thank you Brian! Hope we come back in future!

Perfect location! Beautiful views of quiet intracoastal and across the street to beautiful beaches. Easily slept family of four. We will definitely stay again !!

This condo is described perfectly. For what we required it was perfect. Well stocked with plenty of essential things to prepare meals, good appliances, and extremely hot water. The A/C could be a little stronger and a few more towels for use, but very comfortable. I would gladly stay here again. Great value and very relaxing.
