The private study/sleeping area off the master, that can be used for an additional sleeping area, office, private sitting room, television room, or if needed a nursery. You have your own private balcony off the master bedroom. Two guest rooms allow for plenty of space for visitors or a shared winter escape. One is equipped with a king size bed and the other has a full-size bed with access to the beachfront balcony. Both have flat screen TV's, and plenty of storage space. Inside laundry with a fuller size washer/dryer, utility sink, and a large counter will make life a bit easier.
The building is secure with limited access, free covered parking, car wash, a fantastic clubhouse with kitchen, grills, and plenty of lounging space with or without shade.
