This house has every luxury you can imagine and direct views of the beach and Gulf as well as the Intracoastal waterway. We have 2 small children and staying here made our vacation so easy. We ate breakfast and lunch by the pool (taking kids out to eat 3 times a day is not always fun). If you can believe it, there’s even a second kitchen beside the pool to make meals even easier. There was a pack n’ play available for our one-year-old and a toddler bed for our 3-year old, and they even had a high chair and toys for the beach! The elevator was great for our older parents. Everything is new and well cared for. The bedrooms have huge closets for stowing away luggage and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool is heated and it gets the afternoon sun. The beach is gorgeous – it’s a quiet section of the beach so it feels almost private. The entire house has so much space that several couples or families could comfortably spend a week or two relaxing and enjoying the area. There are several restaurants within walking distance and many more just a short drive away. We will definitely be back!

Coastal Breeze worked out perfectly for our extended family! Lots of room and very nice...actually impressive!! Pool and beach were enjoyed by all! Seaside Property Shoppe was excellent to work with. Thanks to all for a great stay. Can't wait to do it again!

Following a perfect week at Coastal Breeze last summer we reserved this extraordinary beach home for two weeks in April of this year through the Seaside Property Shoppe. Once again, it more than met our expectations! The home is beautiful, comfortable and perfectly maintained. It was spotless upon on arrival. Its location in Indian Rocks Beach, immediate beach access, pool and spa and abundant amenities created so much enjoyment for our family members and friends throughout our stay. The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure a memorable experience for all guests. Although there were no issues that required their attention, knowing that Sharon and Taylor of Seaside Property Shoppe were always a phone call away at any time provided added comfort. We are again looking ahead to our next stay at Coastal Breeze!
