The location of Aquaville A is just fantastic: Enjoy a short walk away from everything at the prestigious North End of Anna Maria Island: From the famous beach, from the stop of the free Island trolley, from well known Ginny's and Jane E's Cafe and Gift Store, from Harry's Grill or The Sign of the Mermaid restaurant and some others and of course just steps away from historic Pine Avenue with all its shops and restaurants.
 
This charming classic Florida cottage has been updated and remodeled with new flooring, new appliances, new cabinets, new painting, etc. TV's are in the living room and all bedrooms. It's cozy and beachy, and Aquaville A provides all you need of amenities and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, and linen, towels, beach equipment like chairs, a beach cart and much more is all available. The back yard with the private heated pool and the gas grill is lovely and spacious, you will love the lush landscaping.

Great Location!

The house could not be in a better location for beach access, shopping and dining on the island. We could easily walk to everything. The house was clean and tidy. Would recommend replacing the Beach equipment as it was all very rusty but overall, the pool was great and bigger than we thought it would be, the office was easy to work with and it’s in a great spot on the island.

The place was clean and a great location. There are a few things that they might upgrade to make it more inviting such as the pictures on the walls, the couch and chairs (really only place for 3 people to sit and not real comfortable) and maybe some sort of shelf in the bathroom to store things in. It was a pedestal sink and no storage and could have supplied a DVD player. Your couldn't ask for a better location near both beaches, lots of restaurants and shops, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was great and a nice big backyard for our dog. Be aware that cell phone reception is almost non-existant indoors and rather sketchy even outdoors. All in all it was a great stay.

The location of the duplex couldn't have been better - 2 blocks from our favorite place for breakfast (Ginny & Janie's) and 3 blocks from the beach...also a short walk to Pine Street and all the fun shops there. The outside living area was one of the best features of the house -- a very nice little heated pool, a firepit with a small amount of wood, and lots of seating. We enjoyed our stay!
