Walk through the front door and look right through the living room at the Sea of Cortez. The living room opens up to the wrap around furnished patio that has a little lawn area between the patio and the white sand beach of Costa Azul. The kitchen has beach view, all appliances, and all utensils. The living room has beach view, AC, and a smart tv with DISH Network and you can sign on to your Netflix account.
