Crystal Sunset’s notable features include a large 15x30 heated* pool with a jetted spa that falls into the pool, ample space for entertaining and outdoor cooking, an open floor-plan with an impressive vertical footprint spanning three stories. The brick paved parking court is oversized and 8 vehicles can comfortably park on it. We include a standard daily beach chair** with umbrella setup along with a golf cart for getting around. We also proudly offer an optional private chef experience with a local award winning chef that was seen on Hell’s Kitchen.***
The first level offers a sizable open living room flowing into the well equipped chef's kitchen designed for entertaining all the way out to the western facing covered lanai and private pool area. The pool area enjoys pristine summer sunsets as well as fenced privacy. The master suite is conveniently located on the first level and offers ample privacy including an en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, premium tile flooring and accents, private water closet, spacious soaking tub and a sizable walk-in shower. Each suite was designed to comfortably accommodate guests with en-suite baths and a bunk room for kids.
Crystal Sunset is located in the heart of Destin near Barracuda St beach access as well as prime shopping, world class restaurants, golfing, boating and local entertainment. Crystal Sunset is situated nearby Destin Commons which features premier national tenants including Whole Foods, Theaters, and more.

Parking - You can park 8 standard vehicles on the parking pad.
*The pool heater can be turned on for an additional daily fee and must be requested at least three days prior to arrival.
**Daily Beach chair with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31.
***Chef’s dinners start at $2,000 and must be booked more than 28 days in advance.
