When I first visited Florida, at the tender age of 13, I said that one day I'd own my own place in the Sunshine State. I purchased my condo in 2019. We proceeded to completely strip the condo and restart. I go to my condo several times a year. When I am there I do several things to make sure I'm offering the best quality vacation rental. I have my knives sharpened. I change my non stick pans. I make sure the bedding linens & towels are still fresh. If they are not, I change them. I am a furniture refinisher so I update my pieces constantly. I am also a foodie and my kitchen reflects it. There is every small applicance you can think of. There are more quality pots and pans that you will ever need. I made sure to also stock Beach Towels, Beach Bags, Beach chairs (5), Beach Cooler and Ice pack, Parasols, etc. I even have a Beach fishing pole with Bubbler and tackle. All you need to bring with you for your stay are your clothes.
